  • Recognize how your talents behave in extreme moments of stress, based on your own experience.

  • Practicing the coaching elements of powerful questioning and attentive listening, explore challenging moments with eager curiosity.

  • Name, nurture, forgive and release habits that no longer serve you.

  • Stretch the limits of logic through creative brainstorming and building activities. Create a short-term plan for action that honors your long-term dream of how life (and stress) can feel.
